Spiritual Director

We are honored to welcome Jeff Helton back to Inspire as our Spiritual Director. Jeff will be available throughout the conference for pastoral counseling, encouragement and leadership coaching.

Jeff spent over 23 years as a pastor where he worked with men, marriages and families by offering spiritual direction, coaching and practical equipping. He has a great interest in authentic relationships, emotionally healthy living and spiritual formation. 

Jeff earned two Masters Degrees from Wheaton Graduate School in New Testament Theology and Communication and has completed his course work in a Doctor of Ministry program with emphasis in pastoral counseling at Trinity Evangelical Divinity Seminary in Deerfield, Illinois.

Jeff speaks frequently on the topics of marriage and family issues, men’s issues, conflict resolution, emotional and relational intelligence, sexual integrity, and spiritual formation. Jeff and Lora, his wife of 23 years, are parents of four children and they live in Franklin, Tennessee.
